Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY:

By creating a store account, maintaining an active membership, accumulating points, or redeeming store credits via shoreshopper.com, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Participant") and SHORESHOPPER, LLC (the "Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease participation in the rewards ecosystem.

01. Eligibility & Account Governance

The ShoreShopper Rewards Program is strictly limited to natural persons residing in regions serviced by our logistics networks who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Accounts must be registered via the authorized storefront template. Memberships, reward balances, tracking tokens, and point stacks are strictly non-transferable, unique to the original registrant, and cannot be combined, merged, or shared across multiple email nodes or external households. Commercial entities, wholesale operations, and reselling entities are expressly barred from program enrollment.

02. Accrual & Point Accumulation Mechanics

Points are accumulated automatically when a participant initiates a successful, fully cleared checkout while logged into their registered dashboard. Points are calculated solely on the Net Purchase Value of eligible goods. Net Purchase Value explicitly excludes funds allocated toward shipping premiums, localized customs duties, delivery surcharges, corporate gift card purchases, state sales taxes, or portions of transactions modified by external promotional discount codes.

In the event of an order cancellation, return, or financial chargeback request, all points originally distributed from that specific transaction node will be retroactively audited and permanently deducted from the participant's balance ledger.

03. Redemption Framework & Cash Value Prohibitions

Reward points possess no intrinsic financial value, do not constitute personal property, and cannot be exchanged for physical currency under any circumstances. Points function exclusively as promotional, digital store credit tokens redeemable only at the time of final checkout on shoreshopper.com. Point redemptions are capped based on system parameters configured during our active catalog updates and cannot be retroactively applied to transactions that have already entered the shipping or processing phases.

04. Expiration, Inactivity & Account Audit Policies

To ensure the security and continuous integrity of our server architecture, all accumulated points will automatically expire and be forfeited if an account exhibits twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as zero (0) qualifying purchases made while authenticated inside the member profile. SHORESHOPPER, LLC maintains the absolute right to audit any account balance at its sole discretion to identify software errors, tracking anomalies, or fraudulent manipulation of affiliate systems.

05. Program Modification & Corporate Discretion

SHORESHOPPER, LLC reserves the absolute, unilateral right to change, limit, modify, restructure, or completely terminate the loyalty rewards program structure, baseline cashback rates (currently 10%), earning tiers, or redemption avenues at any time, with or without prior notification to active participants. Continued participation in the program following any formal updates to this document constitutes your full acceptance of the revised legal terms.

06. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

The program is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. SHORESHOPPER, LLC offers no express or implied warranties regarding system uptime, database accuracy, or app configurations. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its directors, or its fulfillment channels be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use, interruption, or modification of the reward tracking engines.

These terms and conditions are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this program must be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
